Drafting the various sections and reflecting on my journey as a facilitator, adult educator and community development practitioner I am proud of my achievements, grateful for what I’ve learned and humbled by what’s ahead.

I would like to lean further into research and discover how critical reflection, Ubuntu, Two-Eyed Seeing and Communities of Practice overlap, compliment and can be used to advance inclusive practices.

I would like to apply these discoveries towards a space where I not only empower community but also increase the capacity of the public sector for more inclusive, anti-oppressive and anti-racist policy.

Looking specifically at my LEADS360 report, I need to work on giving myself more grace and credit. I regularly scored myself lower than my peers and supervisors.
